Hi On Jan-25 i have installed Jio Air Fiber on my new house location. when i have installed service person have not informed me its postpaid, they told this is for 6 months only once you completed you change your plan or recharge it. From installed date three months only i have stayed and i have relocated after three months. i have contact the person to relocate the device who have installed. they told there is no option to relocate. from that date i have not used the device then how can i pay. bill have generated. its all your team person fault.
