i had purchased jio air fiber plan on 21.01.2025 for 3 months and OTT named Zee 5, Hotstar and Sony Liv is free in this plan with other otts named ( discovery,jio cinema,alt balaji etc.)
but suddenly on 21.02.2025 all otts asking to upgrade the plan with extra fee, my son by mistaken purchased a plan of Rs.300/- for Hotstar , and after that i had lodged complaint in JIO customer care but didn’t receive solution from their end. Now i need total refund of my JIO AIR FIBRE , Rs.300/- charged me for hotstar subscription. and i need compensation and extension on my plan for these days as i am unable to watch program on my TV.
