I have booked for Jio Air Fiber installation on 27th July 2024 and paid INR 1000/- for booking Order ID: LR0000094PGF. Before paying I got call from the installation team and they said it’s possible to install in 13th floor and then to pay the booking amount. This installation was supposed to be done on 1st August. But as the date approached the installation date got rescheduled to 3rd August, upon checking with the installation team, they said they will come in 30 mins they did not come for whole day and then again the installation date got rescheduled to Aug 6th. Now again checking no one picked up the call, and again the installation got rescheduled to 8th. This time the Installation team said that this installation is not possible on 13th floor and so this request cannot be completed. There is no way to Cancel the booking Order from jio portal or throught support number. The installation team is saying they will not refund the booking amount. And I can see the Order is still open and getting rescheduled again and again instead of getting cancelled and refunding the booking amount. I believe this is a Fraudulent act of taking installation booking amount by jio Air Fiber team without giving correct information. Please help in this matter of getting my money refunded.

Now they have kept my order in hold. They are not cancelling the order even after confirming that the connection is not possible. This is completely fraud, almost one month is over
