Dear Sir/Madam,
On 19th of September 2025, I was reached by Jio Air Fiber Executive for ongoing offer of 2 months free connection & advanced 1200 INR security deposit in which from 3rd month 1200 deposit will be start adjusting.
Connection was expected to be installed on 24th September but since than I am continuously in touch with Customer care representatives & had called 32 times & have all call recordings saved for reference, still connection not installed, nor any service request generated.
every time the same lame excuse & I am informed that due to some technical glitch it’s on hold.
Kindly look into this matter.
