Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delay in the installation of my Jio AirFiber connection. I had placed my order 17 days ago, and since then, I have been waiting for the service to be installed.
I have contacted your customer care four times, and each time I was assured that the installation team would arrive “soon.” However, despite these repeated promises, no one has shown up, and I have not received any clear update or resolution.
This delay has caused inconvenience, especially since I rely heavily on internet connectivity for my daily work. I request you to please look into this matter urgently and ensure the installation is done without any further delay.
Please treat this as a priority and provide a specific date and time for the installation.
