Sales agent Sumit Sah assigned by jio promised different benefits in plan such as one month additional access, netflix /prime subscription/ landline no. Free with the jio airfiber 899 plan.
None of these services are available in the network post installation.
Moreover, Sumit Sah, sales agent is not even responding to the calls now.
Kindly resolve the issue.
