I purchased Jio Air Fiber on 22nd October by paying 7300 for 6 month and has 100 mbps speed.
Executive told no problem with any connectivity on VPN but later on came to know from customer care VPN issue is there. They given me ETA of 15 days but after 15 days issue is not resolved, cant work through network. Second thing is frequent disconnection issue.
Machine on the terrace dead twice in 15 days and after that need to wait for machine change it took 3 to 4 days. I used services for 19 days and 8 days it was dead. And when I asked to refund they are refusing.Customer care not responding well.After raising compliant no one visit need to follow many times. Rude behavior and talk from local distributors.
