On last Friday I contacted jio Airfiber team to get airfiber installed and I am completely disappointed I have 2 active jio sim plans currently and your customer care agents your installation agents and everyone has completely humiliated us please connect me as soon as possible or else I will escalate this.
Your dealer named Sunil Mishra and kishan are two agents involved. My order was placed on 07/08/2025 they promised me for installation same day or next day as I had my job, I asked them to do it on Friday morning and they agreed for the same but on Friday they refused as they said they haven’t allotted to me on that day and they were simply rude while speaking later that night I received a mail from jio stating my installation slot is booked on 9th ie. today so when I called kishan he spoked rudely with me stating today we wont come because of rakshabandhan, I asked him to do it today itself as my slot has been booked officially he told me that he will try later he cancelled my order by his own not even contacting me nothing he simply cancelled the order and initiated refund which makes no sense customers are treated as trash strict actions must be imposed by the senior authorities as this is not the way of working. Because of them I had backlog of 7 days of my lectures and now I have been left with nothing. And I am working as well. Because of your unprofessional team I have suffered a lot.
I want speak with your agents on call. There are much more things I want to speak to you about them . They wasted my entire week and now left me helpless
