One of your JIO Agent Mr. Pradeep Gothwal bearing contact number 9971119470 is continuously forcing me to recharge my jio number and when requested not to delete the number started talking angrily and insanely and said that I will delete the number from the records stating that you don’t have money to continue the number. When I bought the sim, it was assured that there will be unlimited validity in the sim after recharging 229 Rs. So I don’t understand why he is trying to forcefully make my number recharged even if I don’t wish. Further, his behaviour was very rude and untenable.
