I submitted the installation amount of 1000Rs in the month of March through Jio website and after that nobody responded for 3 months, I requested over customer care to cancel my request if they cannot send the advisor for AirFiber Installation. However each time I received different responses from customer care professionalist. On Jul 4, technician name Ravinder visited and assured me that you get that money back however at this please pay the installation charges along with plan. He knew he could not return the money and I have been chasing him since that day for money.
Apart from this, I was at home with my mother and did not felt comfortable with that technician as every time I try to distant myself he said mam please come here I have take photo for KYC and took 10-12 photos saying, one more time, this is not clear.
Please suspend Ravinder with immediate effect.
