Greeting!!!
My self Shyam S Joshi , I have done Rs 594 and 49 rupees recharge in my Jio no 7983899952 on dated 7 March 2019 by Airtel app 7300738699.
That time they show recharge successful. When call is going then I call to jio customer care, that representative person told me this plane is not on your no. I told if plane is not available in my no why should you accept the payment. You immediately refunded or adjust the rupees as for the plan available in my number, but the representative lady told me it not possible in any cost. You should free to complain any where ad you can.
What should I do, Please adjust my rupees, and take a serious action to Jio services.
My hope for the judgment by Our consumer court official.
Sir, this time this jio no 798389952 is using by my mother , she is in greater Noida.
