Hi,
I was using redmi 4 and at that time I used to recharge my jio no through jio app. And while initially recharging through jio app, company gave gift voucher for data pack and 50rs cash back. Afer 1and half year using the Jio network. Now my Xiaomi redmi 4 mobile got repair. So that reason I got to buy new phone which is redmi note 8pro. Last 4days back my data pack exceeded. So that reason I used gift voucher for 5G data pack. And I cannot able to use my data pack and last 2-3 days I am speaking with customer care no proper respond. And from care@jio.com daily different person is chatting no one giving proper solution.
