I am Souvik Das and i am facing a slow internet problem i have jio’s 399 plan in which it gives me 1.5Gb per day but they are not providing me proper speed of 4G whenever i download anything it takes alot of time and show me speed around 45 to 80Kb (MAX). they are providing me 2G network speed instead of providing me 4G speed . i am trying continuously to talk with jio team since last month but every customer care executive just say we are sorry, hue to heavy users in the area speed is slow, but what is my fault inspite of recharging the plan i am not able to use the internet service well. I hope you will help me to solve the issue.
