I’m a jio User since it’s launch,
Since from the initial days jio is not responding for my issue regarding low quality signal strength. When I reach care they ask for only signal bars and if I say I’m having full bars they simply reply ” your in a low coverage area plz wait our network team will resolve it ASAP” they daily repeat this dialogue when I call for them about some help and I’m losing daily internet amount and it’s internet speed is that the Online apps won’t work by showing please connect to internet, even I’m getting signal.
I used to recharge 749 pack for daliy 2gb data but I’m unable to utilise atleast 250 mb per day
Jio is wasting my money
I don’t know where to reach to lodge a complaint
And I tried to port for other networks but sadly in some areas only jio got coverage so I’m stuck for jio
Can any one help solve my coverage problem
