Whenever I try to generate UPC for port my. No. 6they people are foonling me & forcefully stopping me for porting ny no. Always appears this message UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.& when I try to contact customer care they are putting my call on hold for several hours by saying we are transfering this is clearly harassment & enforcment . Pl do the nnedful
