Hi Team,
I have opted for ESIM option and I have received all the details but even after 10 hrs the Physical sim is deactivated but ESIM not started. I called customer care, almost calling after 4-5 times customer care told me to visit nearest jio centre.
Currently I am living in Delhi/NCR. So i visited 1st
Address- No. 2, Main D S Road, Bhangel, Noida – 201304 (Shambhu Dayal Palace, Opposite Shiv Mandir)
They told me that biometric is not working and asked me to visit another Jio store situated in Noida Sector-18
Address-
J-24, Sector 18, Opposite Swagat Restaurant & Wave Mall Gate No 2, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh – 201301.
I visited to the store-They told me that your phone not support ESIM and when asked them to please give me physical SIM. They told me that they don’t have physical sim and asked me to come on Monday. I just wanted to know why I have received Scan code and all the emails from you if it’s not supported.
This number is used for financial transactions and all communication. Please align someone to provide physical SIM to me ASAP.
It’s been 36 hours, my sim is not functional.
