It’s been more than a year I haven’t received my flight refund amount yet from jet airways. I booked my jet airways flight on 18 April 2019 pnr n.o MMWXSU through via.com. I did mail via.com for my flight refund, they said that the refund has not been issued by Jet Airways yet. On the other side I did check on jet airways refund claim procedure it mention that the refund will be processed by your travel agent that is via.com I mail to via.com several times regarding my refund status, but they saying the same thing. Kindly assist me.
