We have bought extended warranty from Jeeves for an expensive TV from flipkart. The TV has not been working for almost 40 days now. We could complain after a lot of trial on Jul 22. A technician visited on Jul 25th and said a part will be ordered and within two weeks, it would be fixed. Now the two weeks has become non ending thing. It’s been 33 days and yet we are still calling them every day and explaining the same thing again and again to a new executive. Unfortunately, nothing fruitful. This seems to be a big scam
