I purchased a mi tv from Flipkart along with 2 years extended warranty of Jeeves. In the 3rd year, there was a black spot in the panel. I called the Jeeves, and then they took the TV. Now it has been 2 months now, and they are saying that serial number is not matching. I don’t know where is my TV. I don’t get any mail or messages from them regarding any update. Everytime I call them, they say something different.
