We purchased tv in the month if december.It got physical damage and covered under ADLD.We purchased extended warranty fro 4000rs too.We registed complaint on 23rd May.No response for 3-4days So we paid 500 rs.Next day technician came and informed us its unrepairable and we should accept refund option.So we also agreed to it.Later we received the IVR call and we accepted refund option then the tv was picked up on june3rd.Today is 12th July.We are calling jeeves and flipkart b2b.But everyday same response “wait for 24-48hrs”. No responses on email.Also they never call back after promising 2hrs call back from manager.We are really frustrated.kindly help us to get our refund.
