For Acer laptop purchased on 19th October 2020 from Flipkart, I also purchased complete laptop protection plan by paying extra ₹999.
After registering a complaint for hinge break on 20th September 2021, I received a reply saying that spare part isn’t available, and hence asked to take 50 % refund. If company can’t provide a spare part within a year of selling laptop, why they sell such a plan? It’s a loot from the customers.
