I purchased a Motorola G35 smartphone and a complete mobile protection plan from Jeeves on May 20, 2025.
The order ID is OD434443239214782100. In October 2025, my mobile screen stopped functioning, thus I complained to Jeeves and paid 500 rupees (see screenshot attached). The claim ID for Jeeves is CLAFLK599275635514250.
But it has been over eighty days since my phone was fixed by Jeeves.
I constantly receive false information from the Jeeves staff.
The Flipkart team has already received my case. I also spoke with the Flipkart team for almost sixty days, but I didn’t receive a good response.
So, will you please help me with that?
