I purchased a tv along with Jeeves extended warranty which says complete protection for 2 years on any damage. Our tv is damaged due to accidental damage and raised a complaint with Jeeves and a engineer visited reviewed it and told us to tell damage was due to shifting. Our complain was approved on first 2 levels and on later 3rd stage they are saying shifting damage is not covered. We wer informed by the engineer who visited to us say that to tell everyone who calls the cause was during shifting.
Now we are in a situation where the insurance is of no use also the person who sold this insurance told us this will b valid even if there is physical damage.
