I purchased extended warranty from “Jeeves Consumer Services” on 27th December, 2020 during the installation of new Kodak LED TV and paid 2,075 INR via PhonePe UPI to technician (Kamruddin) as 2 years extended warranty charge. On asking for invoice for the same, technician mentioned, the same will be received on email within few hours and I never received any invoice till date even after so many follow-ups over the customer care number the and emails.
After so many follow-ups, I never got any positive response from Jeeves. From last 2 months, I just always hear that their team is reviewing the case and will get back. I requested them to return my money within 7 days, as per the company policy they claim to return the full amount if customer is not satisfied, but from 2 months every week they always mention we are reviewing and will we get back.
At the start of service there is no proper communication, how they can provide service for 2 years? This is a total fraud company, no one should trust on Jeeves.co.in. No one should trust on them even for a single minute. Your money will go in fraudsters pocket.
This is highly non-standard, unethical and unprofessional way of doing business. This is actually not a business, this is a fake company that’s looting innocent people of India. This company deserves a serious complaint to government consumer cell and company’s registration department, before you cheat more citizens of India.
I urge consumer cell to immediately ban such a fraud company, so they can stop cheating with innocent people of India. Please help in getting my money back.
