Text of Complaint by Jogesvar:

I turned off my tv on 26th Nov Night and tried to turn it on Nov 27 it’s not working. I complain to Jeeves. But they took three days to check and took the circuit board to replace while taking they told it only take 7 days for a replacement of the part. later Customer Service told me the company policy is 21 days for replacement of the part I’ve waited for 21 days. But the Technician told me the part that came from the company was wrong had to be reordered. recorded Parts only take 6 days but again in customer service they told me that they rescheduled to other 21 days. later I talked to Senior Executive he told me we resolve it on 10 days by 30 Dec. but later on Jan 5 they again rescheduled to Jan15. How long a customer can wait for part replacement.
