Since 8th Aug my MI 4k TV stopped working(no picture, no sound) which we reported on that day itself by calling JEEVES customer care support. We bought this TV from FLIPKART online and also bought complete protection from Jeeves by paying extra amount. Today is 28th Aug and TV still not yet attended and they are keep on misguided us on daily basis and promised for 48hrs call back since 17th Aug’23. This TV also used for education purpose I clearly mentioned.
Please please help us as they are harassing like anything.
