I purchased Motorola Mobile a year ago, and purchased complete mobile protection plan from Jeeves. 2months ago I accidentally damaged my mobile display screen and contacted Jeeves team on the repair. I also paid Rs 1500 for the repair charges though I still have coverage through the plan, claim no: CLAFLK128692013981909. I handed over the mobile on 18th June through delivery partner (Blue dart) and the repair also completed by “F1 infosolutions (Jeeves partner)” also got confirmation that my mobile will be delivered by 4th July along with tracking number (Blue dart). on 12th july, the tracking status was updated as “returned to shipper” by Bluedart partner. When contacted Jeeves support team they informed me that the mobile was returned back to service center and they will deliver it within a week. but it was not delivered even after a month. I keep on tracking the status but nothing was changed. Whenever I try to contact customer support team informs me to wait 2business days and then there is no update. again, I tried to connect but the same is keep on repeating. I dropped multiple emails but no use. Even I tried to contact Flipkart support team as “Jeeves” is flipkart company but no use. It was already 2months, but my mobile is nowhere to seen. Please help me to get this resolved.
