I took the jeeves complete mobile protection plan and my screen got damaged half the screen is cracked which hurts my fingers and when i put the claim they say it’s a minor damage and we don’t cover it , it says clearly in there terms and conditions that they proceed 1.claim.for screem damage but they are not processing it.
