I bought MI tv from flipkart on 11.10.2021 and taken extended 3 years warranty from JEEVES, now my TV Display is not functioning and I called them for repair as i have taken service from them. They simply say 24hrs action will be taken. but the funny part is without sending technician they are saying your TV serial no. is not matching and asking to send TV is backside picture as well as Invoices which are all sent to them but even after sending all the details my TV has not been repaired yet. simply giving excuses. Purposely they write wrong S/N in their record so they can simply say Sr. no. is not matching.

kindly take the strong action i am attaching the invoice for your ready references
