I purchased oppo mobile from Flipkart with Mobile protection Plan it cover one time cover damage, full hardware and software support with pick-up and delivery free. I have clam may 16 after they ask pay for time time time 1500 then I have paid. But tillnow my not pick-up and not take action by Flipkart and Jeeves Protection.
Please resolve this issue.
