I got battery complaint with my JBL Flip 4 speaker within 3 months of its purchase and speaker totally turned useless since it could not even get a minimum charge to get started.
Harman/JBL collected the speaker from me for repair and said that it will be returned in 10 days, now it’s more than 45 days and no updates.
When called at customer-care they always have only 1 answer, that is ‘part unavailable’.
Can you believe it???
It’s a shameful service form JBL-Harman and this is never expected from giants like them. I mean how can they go out of parts and can’t they procure the required parts in at least 1 month.
I have no idea what to do. At least give my speaker back so that I could get it repaired from any local shop nearby.
Or give me the money I will go with some other brand.
Had raised several complaints with Harman and there is no resolution. People at customer care either disconnect my call or stay on mute. Customer care is completely useless. 1 Case # 03639228 – no response from Harman on this.
Will never recommend Harman or JBl for anyone in my life.
