On 19 January I saw the JBL headphone on my facebook account and then order it from there
The product was delivered to me on 22nd Jan by blue dart courier service.
When I used it I observed that the product delivered to me was defective so I tried to contact Kartik enterprises
But they are not answering my calls .
So, I request you to please help me in recovering my paid amount.
