I am writing this complaint here after 3 months of raising complaint with JBL.
My JBL Party Box 100 (₹20,000) has some issue with it’s bass. I was told when I raised my first complaint on 1 July 2020, that the technician will visit my place within 7/14 working days. 3 months have passed and I have not even received a call from the technician, let aloan visiting my place. Now the customer care executive has stopped transferring my call to the senior executive also.
Apart from this, now after 3 months of rescheduling by the technician, they claim that it is rescheduled due to part unavailability when they don’t even know what part to replace.
And another highlight, my complaint has been cancelled 3 times by JBL without any concrete reason and a new complaint gets raised automatically. It seems like they have ato address the complaint in a month’s time and since they are unable to do so, they choose to cancel the complaint and raise a new one to keep their records clean.
