I had received a d defective ear phone on 16th Dec 2019. It was returned and received by Amazon on 16th Dec 2019. My refund was to be in Amazon pay. It was not refunded upto 26th Dec 2019. I received a message from Amazon that refund initiated on 26th dec 2019. I have been calling Amazon that I have not received the refund in my Amazon pay account. I have now been informed that refund initiated means it has gone to the bank account. I have contacted my bank and informed that the bank cannot accept any deposits since this bank PMC bank is under the scam and as per RBI guide lines they cannot accept any transfers or deposits. I have not been using this account since the last 3 months. I have paid cash on delivery. I have been explaining this every day to Amazon customer care. I am asking for a acknowledgement from bank given to Amazon that this amount has gone to my account
