- On 3rd Feb I migrated to the new TATASKY pack as per TRAI regulation. Since then we are unable to watch JAYA TV. Whereas the subscribers who did not migrate where able to watch the channel. When enquired TATASKY customer care executive indicated that all the customer will be migrated by 1st March 2019 to the new plan. Till today these customers are not migrated to the new plan.
- When I requested to revert to old plan. They rejected and said they do not have the option to revert to the old plan.
- I asked them a tentative time when JAYA TV will be available to decide if I can choose a different service provider. They do not have that information.
- I request consumer rederssal team to help us in this regard.
