I bought a lehenga from jardoshh. I eas very sceptical and I also asked for the original picture to which they said they guarantee the same product as the picture and have an easy exchange policy.
When i received the product i was disappointed to say the least.
1. Very very bad quality
2. Color was worlds apart.
3. The product was a cheap replication of the photo
4. Material not enough.
As they didn’t give what they promised i asked for a refund. But they denied and said that by buying the product i had “agreed to the policy”
I didnt have the energy to argue so i decided to to exchange.
After sending the product back i had some personal commitments and i also tested positive which is why i couldnt reply to their message and out of nowhere they sent a message that my product wont be exchanged.
So now I’ve paid for a product plus shipping it back and yet i have no product in hand and they have my money
