Recently, I bought a piece of clothing from the Instagram , but it was not as per the picture which were shown on the page. I bought the clothing of 1700 rs. The colors were different and the product which I received seems cheap.
When I asked them for return, they simply denied and told me to buy another one. For another product I suppose to pay 150 rs. extra as a shipping charges. But, I believe there would be no use of exchange too as I didn’t get a fine product in a first go how they would send me a nice product in second one.
One more thing, they usually say product(which I received) looks as it is what we showed you on the page. But, I don’t wear cheap and defective products. Also, they don’t help you out when you talk about the exchange. Simply, they ignored my messages
