Good afternoon I have bought gold in jar app amount was around 1100 rs through my paytm account now I want to withdraw my in the same paytm account but they are saying wrong upi I’d and the amount of gold is also not showing in my wallet..now I haven’t received any money and my gold wallet is also zero…there customer care is not answering kindly help in this matter
