I had purchased 2 jaquar i-Flush systems in the year 2016. Both the systems have a lot of issues, like permanent leakage, water not stopping after flushing, buttons stop working.
After multiple complaints jaquar sends people for service, who are not qualified with i-Flush systems, the process continues, once in a while you get a service person who puts in harpic to remove dust from the parts, if that doesn’t work, they tell their manager and the wait begins again for another service person who “might” be experienced with i-Flush.

I purchased 4 Jaguar i-Flush systems & 5 Jaguar Shower kits in the year 2022. The systems have a lot of issues, like water not stopping after flushing, and buttons stop working.
After that, I lodged two complaints no. 00932217 & 00815344 but no response from your end. No one had come to check the system and resolve the problem. I am very upset with this product and also alert before purchasing this type of product from your company.
