1. We have raised first ticket with #00184368 on 20th Feb 2019 which has assigned to Mathan D (63606-41154) who has not resolved the issue. Instead when he visited he broke on of the working part.
2. Mathan D was called by us multiple time from 22nd Feb to 27the feb, he promised but never visited
3. We have raised an ugent compaint in Jaquar Customer Care (18001216808) and the urgent ticket number is #00204419 raised on 26th Feb yet nobody visited
