Hi,

This is regarding order number OR2863CH-005A ordered from 9880745841, i had ordered for JANUMET 50/500 – 60 tablets but received only 45 tablets. kindly find the images attached.

So kindly either refund money for 15 tablets or send another strip of Janumet 50/500 to the same address.
