I have applied for a loan in mpokket app they approved me a loan amount of 10,000 and i received 8,800 in my bank account on May 3 2021 they gave me 3 months time to repay the loan amount and after 3 months i tried to pay the loan amount but when ever i tried to pay the server showed error and i tried to contact them but they said they have network issue and my loan amount interest has increasing more day by day and now i am trying to contact them by email they only say that pay all the due amount but 28,900 how can i pay they have a server issue and i have to pay that much bigger amount so i kindly as you to talk with them and give me NOC so that my credit score get improve please ask them to close my loan id and delete my account in mpokket app i cant pay the amount i said them that i will pay principal amount of 8,800 but they are asking me to pay 28,900 so please help me.
