Before buying a property in Jaipur, don’t get into the talks of any broker. Recently, I fell for a similar scam and got scammed of Rs.7 lakh.
4 months ago, I talked to Prabhu Singh Palawat regarding property and talked to him about the intention of taking land on Kalwad Road. As good as he was at talking, he is equally a fraud type of person.
The property which was worth Rs 14 lakhs, was given for Rs 17 lakhs and first caused me a loss there. Later quarreled over the brokerage, which was already fixed at 2%. But later he wanted 3% and started troubles regarding the same.
Stay away from Prabhu Singh Palawat, if any one of you is searching Jaipur and Kalwar roadside property. Please check the background of the agent. Prabhu wasted my 7 lakh rupees by coming in the guise of Prabhu Singh Palawat, whose loss will remain with me forever.
