Text of Complaint by Nitin Dhembare:

I am writing this letter to express my deep concern regarding the poor service I received during my recent journey with Jain Travels.I had made through Red bus booking for three seats under the names Manisha, Nitin, and Ansh for the Bangalore to Pune route on 3rd June. The PNR number for my booking was 288088886-954216, with adeparture time of 4:00 PM and seat numbers S3, S2, and 2, and the bus number was AR-11-D-3333.
However, on the day of the journey, the bus did not pick us up from the boarding point- Govardhan Theater at 4:10 PM. Despite the booking being confirmed, I did not receive any message from Jain Travels regarding the same. Furthermore, there was no call from the travel agent either, which shows a sheer lack of responsibility on their part.
When we tried to contact the Jain Travels helpline, we were not assisted properly by the driver, who was also not helpful during the journey. This made our overall experience quite unpleasant.
Therefore, I request you to refund my money for the booking as I was not able to use the services for which I had paid. I hope steps will be taken to avoid such discrepancies in the future and provide better services to customers.
