Hello sir/mam,
My name is Himansh srivastava I have brought the Jaguar product from their authentic dealer.
Since the product is being installed it is continuously showing issues and causing water leaking for 8 long days. I have complaint this about the Jaguar bath and lights service/ customer support on 27th june 2023 and they told me we will fix your issues within 72 hours , and since then they are not responding to the issues and just ignoring my problems/ concerns.
Its been more than 10 days I am facing the issues and also the their local authentic dealer is ignoring for the falsie product and ignoring the issue.
Please acknowledge this as i want to file complaint regarding this service.
