I had join this job on 23 april I had searched job online I got this job I asked them is their any registration fees they said no it will b deducted  from ur first salary so I submitted my adhaar after that they give me the I’d and password to do caption work I started that job next day I asked where is the reports that how much work I have done I want to see they said 12 hrs ur report will show u then also I continue next day it 45hrs completed but my reports show 0 % then I message to company they said to me to call in helpline no. I called it’s shows fraud  so I decided to quit the job I mailed to them after 2 days they called me and started saying I have to pay the pinelty 6900 because I had not done 90%accuracy I message that ur company is fraud and fake don’t call or mess me they said ok  at last I don’t msg from advocate accosication and today Icalled me from maharastra police station and sented me this messages and forced me ..

If you don’t pay 6900/- amount to the client than we will file case against you under contempt of court case. Even if cibil contempt is issued upon you than you’ve to pay penalty amount of Rs. 1,50,000 for cibil contempt and Section 2 (B) shall be imposed on you. And once it is transpired to criminal contempt then you’ve to pay for criminal contempt which would be round about 2,50,000 and for contempt of arbitral tribunal case will be escalated to the Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs.
