Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to complaint about ixigo for doing fraud about my booking and below are details.
I have requested to refund the fare that was charged for my flight booking with ticket number [N2U1IE]. The tickets [Bangkok to Hyderabad & Don Mueang Intl to Hyderabad] round trip were booked on your IXIGO Portal on [28-09-2023 23:43 IST]. I’ve also received a confirmation email about booking and also i have flyed hyderabad to bangkok on 04 Nov 2023 with this booking. Unfortunately, the return flight [Don Mueang Intl to Hyderabad] Nok Airlines couldn’t confirm my booking because the payment is pending at ixigo.
Point 1 : Why ixigo not made payment to nok airlines, what is the reason and why it is not informed to me till the last moment, ixigo customer care service’s are horrible and least bothered about the customer’s, iam somewhere outside of india and lack of signal from the service provider, not receiving otp to initiate a new booking and ixigo guys least bothered about my pain and reading the scripts.
It is so clear for me that my payment for return flight [Don Mueang Intl to Hyderabad] Nok Airlines is held by the ixigo side, hence nok airlines unable to confirm my booking as a result booking got cancelled and ixigo forced me to rebook flight tickets.
