My data pack of 8171795568 was expired on 10th Jan nd after 12 am I was unable to use internet and call. that time I also don’t have Airtel thanks apps for recharge. I was in emergency so I called on 121 and selected the recharge through card on IVR option. Ivr told me to enter card details and recharge amount I entered all the details and OTP in order to recharge. I got deuction of amount message from my bank to Airtel but I was not received any data and call pack. Money was deducted but not received data pack. After few hours I did recharge again by phonepe and it was successful. I called multiple times on your 121 and 198 desk for deducted amount but There agents only fooling customers they said I will be refunded in 24 hours again  called someone said you will refunded on 15th Jan. They do not have right information. I request you to please look after in this matter I also contacted to bank they saying Money was sent to Airtel.

Its been almost 2 months no solution provided

I mailed to Airtel many times but no avail, I know this will go in vein, I m thinking to post all these incidents on @Twitter and other social media!!!!

Please help and I’m attaching the bank statement for your reference. 101132001520. PLEASE CALL ME BACK IF POSSIBLE.
