Text of Complaint by Enebeli Esther:

I have been trying to subscribe on my airtel line but all efforts proved abortive. I recharge 3000.00 from my bank account, and also subscribed 1.5g from my bank account but it didn’t reflect on my line.

A friend sent me vtu airtime, and another friend subscribed but non of these transactions reflected on my airtel line
