On march 2023, I sent my CB Vibe for a replacement and they accepted it. They initially asked for 7 to 10 days time for them to look at the issue. And it’s been more than a month and they’ve not responded properly even once for any of mails. Most of the times they don’t reply to my mails and even if they do, they ask for 24 to 48 for the concerned team to act. The concerned team is acting for the past month and they don’t care. It’s the worst customer experience. What sort of company ghosts a customer that’s asking for help with their product. They simply have no sense.
